Housing:
The University of Alaska Anchorage, Kenai Peninsula College, Kachemak Bay Campus does not have student housing and cannot place Semester by the Bay (SBB) students in housing. It is the responsibility of SBB students to find, pay for and adhere to offsite housing protocols and policies. Homer has many options in addition to the ones listed below including Inns, B&B's and hotels/motels. Local accommodations for students are available at reasonable rates. Many of these options are within walking distance to the campus, dining, and local coffee shops.

Bay Avenue Inn located at 1393 Bay Ave in Homer is 1.5 miles from campus.  It sits on Mariner bluff overlooking the pristine waters of Kachemak Bay. Bay Avenue Inn is situated between Homer town center and the famous Homer Spit.
